Scaling up for a Non Profit means that it is successfully & progressively working towards its Vision for a better Society. However, more often than not, scale up executions are coupled with a myriad other challenges. And unlike For Profits, Non Profits are more often than not, ill prepared to face these time consuming challenges.

In the end, it’s not just about adding more projects and employing more operation staff; It is also a whole lot about efficient management of resources for the existing as well as scaled up outreach operations. Because inefficiencies in administration & resource management would otherwise threaten to completely take over the passionate Change Maker’s time and energy and keep him away from what he likes doing best – CREATING IMPACT.
